Experienced team members, excellent benefits, employees who really take pride in making a difference within health care and their communities.
Cons
There is a huge divide between the departments of this organization, and it comes directly from management. Every one is very vocal about what is being done right and wrong without realizing we all have the same goals. Change really throws people off here as training across the organization is rough, and there are lot of squeaky wheels at the manager/director level.
