Being a company founded within Providence St Joseph Health system, this provides an added level of pride and confidence in the work we are doing, the practices we are hiring for, and the impact we are making in our local communities. Working in a large healthcare system things can move slowly (not necessarily our day-to-day jobs because we work hard and stay busy!) but in the BIG picture, the system processes and checks/balances requires a lot of patience.
