      Generally, managers are well positioned and support their staff. In house training opportunities.

      Cons

      Managers often contradict the key behaviours and culture they are promoting / 'preaching'. A sense of hypocrisy within some departments. Blame culture within many departments unfortunately.

      Great employer to work with. Good people and management is on point. All I need to say is that that company is fantastic.

      There is really nothing negative to say about this company. Everyone has their personal opinion, but mine was very good.
