- Lack of career progression path variety - They expect you to progress quickly which is great - No connections to established financial firms. i.e. don't treat here as a stepping stone into hard-core finance

- Positive and supportive culture (though might sometimes be a crutch for other issues) - Mostly great colleagues who are willing to help, quite good work culture - Was lucky to have a direct supervisor who was understanding and supportive

- Administrative workload was heavier and more varied than expected, reducing time available for core duties. - Processes and tech systems were underdeveloped, which contributed to the heavy administrative burden. - Bonus structure felt unrealistic in practice, making it difficult to achieve targets despite good effort. - Management at times overpromised on initiatives and outcomes; while likely well-intentioned, it led to disappointment when expectations were not met. - Training fairly inadequate, left to figure things out which is fine if not for bonus structure.
