      Ability to move up in the company regardless how long your employment has been. Performance and initiative based. Corporate environment and a lot of calibration since most if not all employees come to the office to work.

      Cons

      If your just looking to collect a paycheck this is not the company for you. If you don't practically like to interact with other employees this is not the place for you.
