The good is all a fad, and quickly you realize you are in a room of vipers with a manager that doesn’t know how to manage and fires anyone he disagrees with. It’s sad really that his wife won’t fire him, cause all he does is fire good people.
It seems like no one gets trained on their actual jobs. There is so much discomfort in meetings it feels like everyone wants to leave as soon as possible. It could be a good company if they truly cared about their employees but they don’t and it shows here in reviews on Glassdoor. I originally wrote a good review when I started working there but now I am telling the truth so no one gets hurt. I left a great job for this one and it wasn’t worth it. All things said, do your research- ask the tough questions- like how their turnover rate is and ask what happened to the last person in the position and why were they let go? They may tell you about how they didn’t fit, or that they made too many mistakes, but be assured that the ratio of the people they hire and fire in a month let alone a week is not normal- ask for the numbers- they don’t lie. This shows ill management.
Anyhow, if you decide to live on the wild side and take thier offer, make sure to stay quite long enough to get their respect- and never disagree with them!
