1. Family oriented company, everyone knows each other. 2. Management have technical background and willing to provide insights. 3. Generous starting PTO and easy approval.
Cons
1. Lack of direction from management. Things change fast. 2. Lack of career development. 3. Lack of resources and training opportunities. 4. Poor project management and lack of transparency. Project based consulting company means work can be tedious to catch deadlines. Hard work and loyalty are not appreciated. 5. Philosophy of "never say no" to work and clients means there are times you'll be stretched thin. 6. Turnover rate is high.
