Great team oriented approach, love the clients, interesting working with multiple service entities throughout the community, field based, lots of flexibility.
Cons
Poor management, lack of support when it was needed, poor pay, I had to work on Christmas, manager would call after hours and during my vacation, poor communication, constant rotation of employees.
