Pros
If you're fresh out of college, Protiviti is an excellent place to work, gain access to different environments, and gain a large amount of experience quickly.
Cons
You may spend many hours working on something, but if it was estimated to be less, than you will find that you're not chargeable for that whole time. You still get paid, but the chargeability percentage (and thus bonus) will suffer.
