Pros
The top and junior level employees are hard workers who go above and beyond in order to obtain the best deals for the investment team. The administrative team try their best to support the firm in everything they need and as fast as possible. The CEO is always thinking of ways the firm to could be better, always seeks the opinions of the junior personal of any group and is always seeking the opions of the new hires. The communication at Prospect is via Email but employees are always a phone call away or message away. There are many postive employees who motivate you to do your best or take their time to explain how a given task should be done or improved. The firm tries to keep their employees attitude on a postive note by having mentors, mentors lunches, firm lunches every friday, anual boat trip, ski trip and holiday dinner. One of the great things of Prospect is how they are considirate if each person family situation and how they try to involve the employees families on their firm outings and events. Prospect is a little bit different than other companies but this gives you the oppurtunity to learn skills outside of your field, grow within the company, learn the company in and out and outshine in your given projects.
Cons
Prospect has had many issues with other complaining about the pipeline call management but this has been on of the things that is being worked on. Any issues encountered within the firm can be fixed by providing a recommendation to the the administration team, human resources or the higher ups. Those that do no have self motivation, "lazy" or easy going would not benefit from the company.
