Terrible company with toxic work culture - Anonymous employee Prospect 33 Employee Review

Management is terrible and treats employees with disrespect, especially those that are entry level and just starting out their careers. It's a terrible team culture and I had anxiety going into work every single day. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They also pay their employees such non competitive salaries compared to today's job market. Steer clear. A lot of expectations from you, not a lot back as a reward. A lot of office gossip.
