Covid made remote work more flexible Not many other pros

Cons

No real opportunity to move up in company Turnover can be an issue at times Lack of communication about things happening in company People willing to blame other people for issues instead of trying to resolve it

Pros

I trust the leadership of the company, and the managers care about their teams. I've had a lot of opportunities to grow here and have learned a lot. We have fun, too! It has been a great place to work!

I can't think of anything.

Pros

Worked with some nice folks, but if you’re not in the “in team”…you’re screwed.

Cons

High turnover…especially with newer sales folks. Churn and burn mindset. Most sales reps don’t make it past a year. Pay and benefits are generally bad.
