Pros

A lot of the people that end up joining the trading program started off trading by themselves as retail traders, they join this hoping they can 'learn how the big boys trade'.. And that's maybe the best part of it; When you join this place you will learn how the big boys trade and realise it's NOTHING like what you thought, it's insanely boring... There's a lot to learn about global macro-economics if you actually come looking for that and the trainers aren't bad at teaching THAT. But if you thinking joining here youl'l be told "How to trade", you won't. You're basically asked to sit there 8+ hours a day infront of a screen and told "okay trade, no money until you make money"..

Cons

First few hours are great fun, First few weeks are great fun maybe; Then it starts to settle in that maybe it's 'just a job' then you start thinking "damn can i take a break", "What am I doing", "Ive sat here watching sienfeld re-runs on the second screen for months now hoping to make a little move but it never comes"... "Is this my life". "I left a succesful engineering career for this", "I haven't been paid in 6 months...".
