The opportunity for lower tier staff developing into management/supervisor roles are very slim as most managers are hired externally, leaving the employee to essentially serve as a call centre operator.

Frustrated Employees, VERY poorly managed company especially after takeover. It's unimaginable that closed entire offices and fired the whole sales staff with no plan nor follow up. Migration of 800 clients was poorly planned, no Project Manager, Sales flat lined for years then someone finally realized they still had no plan for Sales (I'm not referring to increasing sales, I mean there were NO sales).
