Pros
401k is pretty good with a generous match but the vesting schedule for new employees is terrible and there is no partial vesting. (3 years) Compensation is decent although health benefit premiums seem high.
Cons
Outdated technology and processes. Just to give you an idea of how outdated this company is, I left in 2016 and back then it had no instant messaging collaboration software like almost every company has or at least every company I have been with since I started my corporate career in 2004. Office politics abound. Everyone gossips about each other. Some people are actually very decent but they work in a system where there is no clear sense of direction or priorities. Everyone just goes through the motions. The company reeks of going under any day.
