Pros
I worked with great coworkers. I was able to work a flexible schedule. The pay rate was low end for the work that I was doing, but acceptable.
Cons
Extremely poor communication bordering on the "shady" business practices side of things. I was also let go because I INTERVIEWED for another job, when I was going to leave a 2 week notice once the position was offered. Never mind that we are an at will state. One should always do what is right. Why bother planning to do the right thing when I am just going to be dropped like that? Then they wonder why people quit without notice. The office was understaffed more times than not in a business that was not just thriving, but growing. Can you spell "STRESS"? I was supposed to earn more than I was even though I had taken on more responsibilities from when I started. My wage fell on the lower end of the industry average. Why? I was supposed to be so important and so experienced. No one recognized any of my anniversaries, but did recognize others. Really? Room for growth? What's that?
