      Pros

      NONE - it used to be good until few months back but two of higher management people are making life of employees worse.

      Cons

      They don't value people , believe in during people. Hiring Naveen as COO was worst decision made by this company. They believe in cutting cost by during good people and keeping low experienced and that's why none of client delivery happen on time and without errors.

      Pros

      People are really supportive, some at least. Got to learn a few things and gain experience and exposure to new tech.

      Cons

      Salaries was held for so long it was practically like working for half of what agreed upon. Nobody really had a the will to work. One of my colleague has more than 3L INR still pending as FNF 🤡
