Pros
The HR people are highly competent, keeping you in the loop during the whole hiring process. Very helpful while onboarding and working out payroll issues quickly.
Cons
They do the bare minimum when it comes to benefits. For example, when you start you are only given 10 days PTO, which is not uncommon, but you have to work there for five years before you get more. There are other companies far more generous with PTO that one could work for and make the same money, in fact, more companies are leaning toward caring about your work/life balance. That's not the case here. They want to get their yearly 2000+ hours out of you and grant you 3.33 hours leave per two-week pay period.
