Pros

The best environment out there for recruiters who take ownership for their own performance. Full control of your career, you make the decisions. Full support & training from leading consultants in their industry Strong reputation for providing the highest quality of staff to their clients Niche but not micro-niche so room for growth Very ambitious! They want to get the best out of every situation. Rewards are ridiculous... I've been on company trips that I never would have been on without working here: Vegas x2, Miami x2 Nice x2 Barca, Madrid, Prague + more, all expensed at the best hotels in the cities A la carte meals at the UKs best restaurants. Xmas do at either Battersea Park or prestigious country manor Loads of top nights out Office environment is noisy & fun. Pool tables, table football, Xbox, dart boards all feature at the various offices. Music throughout the day. I note comments from others who say that there is too much pressure. They're right, it is a results based environment so not for those who shy away. Genuinely nice people who invest time in their staff.

Cons

Hard work & long hours, not for those who say they want to work hard & truly don't. Ambition sometimes leads to a slight lack of planning. Standards are high so unless your up for the challenge you won't last, show the right attitude & you will.

Great location downtown, with half decent benefits

Cons

They will throw you under the bus with little to no training. Working only in office despite the rest of the company doing hybrid.

Pros

Small teams mean there is a huge opportunity for individuals to progress quickly and without management barriers. Its a bit of a blank canvas in the market place meaning that nothing is just given and you have to go out and win your place in the market. Its easy to hide behind a company name as the reason you can work with them, or use that as your sell to who you can deal with but the real truth is its up to, or down to, the consultants. The career path is based on individual performance, a massive pro for me Great company trips which supposedly are standard for all companies...still very fun Closeness of regional offices employees is a big plus although this changes with the coming and going of new staff Management genuinely care and want everyone to succeed, whatever the method

Cons

Business Model is set up that only the top people survive and stay with other good consultants falling away at the mid point due to frustrations about what is expected No room for Mid-Level performers which could benefit the business to grow in the long run Lack of key/hot clients means new business is required constantly - difficult for new staff Caught between competing with the bigger companies for volume business and being a niche specialist.... means we end up falling between the 2 models
