Full support & training from leading consultants in their industry Strong reputation for providing the highest quality of staff to their clients Niche but not micro-niche so room for growth Very ambitious! They want to get the best out of every situation. Rewards are ridiculous... I've been on company trips that I never would have been on without working here: Vegas x2, Miami x2 Nice x2 Barca, Madrid, Prague + more, all expensed at the best hotels in the cities A la carte meals at the UKs best restaurants. Xmas do at either Battersea Park or prestigious country manor Loads of top nights out Office environment is noisy & fun. Pool tables, table football, Xbox, dart boards all feature at the various offices. Music throughout the day. I note comments from others who say that there is too much pressure. They're right, it is a results based environment so not for those who shy away. Genuinely nice people who invest time in their staff.
Cons
Hard work & long hours, not for those who say they want to work hard & truly don't. Ambition sometimes leads to a slight lack of planning. Standards are high so unless your up for the challenge you won't last, show the right attitude & you will.
