The character of the company and leadership makes it easy to feel good about working here, and the fact that turnover is very low speaks to how satisfied people in general. PCS is by no means perfect, but in the real world where nothing is perfect, it separates itself from most other companies.
Cons
A long-run, slow and steady growth philosophy to smooth out the peaks and valleys in the Energy business can feel like growth is slow during an Energy boom, but as soon as you experience your first Energy industry bust while at PCS, you no longer worry about changing the slow and steady growth strategy.
