The push and pull can be be the same factor with the volume of the turn over rate. Law of average with cause you to lose your monthly incentive rather than increasing the bonus. The quality spectrum is the part of the job crucial to master to perform which, me being as transparent as possible is manipulating the system to increase your pay using the law of average causing an in-balance between part time and full time employees.
