Hybrid work schedule, good teammates
Cons
The pay is low compared to other carriers. You are mislead before you are thrown into the fire. You will receive more than the promised “cap” on claims. It is impossible to get to everything. Supervisors only care about their metrics so that is then all they want from you and you are just a number. They preach culture and work/life balance but you will need to work 50-60 hours a week to not drown. Would highly discourage anyone from starting with this carrier.
