Easy to move up in the company, managers are very kind and held to a high standard, bonuses are yearly and fair. Very inclusive.

Compensation could be a little better, in comparison to other similar companies.

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
