Only care about the work you do for them - ReactJS Developer Proge-Software Employee Review

1. They pay the salary on the day basis. How many days you work for a month then the salary will be your day rate × Days worked in a month but when they terminate my agreement they told me that the work you done is not justified and we can pay you for just 10 days. They only care about the work you do. If you are not able to do the work then will immediately fire you without giving you a chance to learn and improve yourself. I would not recommend this company as there is not any job security whenever they decide to fire you they will fire you without giving you any time so that you find new role or at least some short period or notice.
