Pros
The agency has an open office, so there is a lot of organic collaboration and support, in addition to a true "open door policy" environment. The staff is award-winning and they're well-known as Baltimore's PR and marketing agency, leading efforts for many notable Baltimore initiatives including those for the National Aquarium, T. Rowe Price Corporate Social Responsibility, Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore, CareFirst, The Baltimore Station, Project SPACE and countless others. The members of the team are also influencers in their own right, participating in conversations happening about our city and our clients like #myBmore and others. The leadership also rolled out a work from home benefit to all staff, as well as personal birthdays off work this year! The team does an excellent job of not just crafting newsworthy narratives, but also advocating for them personally and promoting them from the ground, up.
Cons
I can't think of many drawbacks to working at or with this agency. If you like working in huge companies with hundreds of employees and lots of red tape, then you should definitely look elsewhere.
