No benefits, no perks, it is often "our way or highway" if you do not take 1 shift you will be taken off the whole week. Horrible, uncomfortable uniforms, outdated 0 hours contract, Staff is not cared for. Very low pay , usually at least £2 less than any other companies around Profile's site in same are. They do not care for regular staff that works with them for years - apart from just a few people. Instead staff that doesn't know english gets more shifts or higher positions.
