Pros

easy work, decent coworkers, weekly pay

Cons

Insolent management, have to ask to use the bathroom, training not adequate, people yell at you for the littlest things, work in a dark dank basement, couldn't even have stainless steel tumblers-guess they thought we'd be drinking on the job to cope. I was fired at random and honestly I was relieved.

Pros

Reasonable pay, abundant overtime opportunities at time & a half, two weeks vacation if you stay a year. Health Care insurance. Frequent pizza or sandwich wheel lunches.

Cons

Zero tolerance for losing your cool with "Karens" or outraged phone warriors. Strict attendence policy. Dress code. No rehires under any circumstances.

Pros

Rare free food, Coworkers were pretty chill.

Cons

Management that screams across the call center and spams all caps messages to get on a call, doesn't matter if you're on a call. Someone else might not be, so this must be okay. Constant upset clients, working for in my honest opinion, shady companies, that make you feel uncomfortable, or forced to deal with uncomfortable situations with no training on that. Call center was constantly dusty/stuffy. No phones, coloring books, books, comics, etc were allowed in the center. Even on days like Christmas when it was extremely slow.
