      Very professional organisation. Both in the recruiting process as in the onboarding. Use great software tools for making it easy to work there. Fantastic experience so far.

      remote work and good benefits, that's about it

      Cons

      no culture and bad training, the americas team gets no sales and there's no strategy. high turnover rate so you never really have true job security and no path to growth.
