Pros
1. You may get to learn a lot based on the project allotted to you.
Cons
1. Unprofessional behaviour: They didn't even make my employee id, email id and Microsoft account, asked me to use my personal gmail account for official emails. 2. They have a fixed training program but can ask you to leave all that and work on tasks like data cleaning for any of the ongoing projects and then once project is over, they also expect you to be good at everything you were supposed to learn in the training which you couldn't complete. 3. Managers are quite egoistic, delusional and think of PMI like Google or Microsoft. 4. Unethical practices: They ask unpaid interns to work on paid projects while completely sidelining their training program. 5. Work culture is toxic. There is a clear lack of leadership skills in the management. 6. Toxic work culture: Management believes in a toxic concept that only some extraordinary superhero engineers deserves to work at PMI. So, they try their best to put new employees through as much mental stress as possible for no reason as there are hardly any projects to work on. 5. It's better to work at an ethical and humble organisation which fosters a learning attitude among employees than this companies like this who will just waste your time.
