Thanks for your review and candid feedback. For context, while Prodigy did go through a larger reset in October 2022 to refocus the company on game-based learning, last year was a stable year in terms of maintaining our headcount and employee turnover. Earlier this month we made some smaller changes to our game team in order to ensure we have the right set-up and skills to deliver on our roadmap and create the most engaging user experience. This year we will be investing more into the Math Game than ever before, which will allow us to deliver on our roadmap faster and more effectively. Prodigy is a start-up, which means we need to move fast and adapt. We appreciate change to teams can be difficult, but it can also bring great things as we continue to hire incredible talent to build best-in-class products we can all be proud of. As an existing team member, we’d urge you to connect with your manager to discuss your concerns, and also provide an opportunity to learn more about the vision for our games and company. Alternatively, you can also reach out to me in confidence via Slack or email.
