There is no micromanagement here, they won’t keep track of the calls you make or the emails you've sent. You are provided with great training, resources and the freedom to recruit with your personal touch. The location is amazing, you can work from home, they do a lot of fun activities, they go for drinks often and they just know how to have a good time while working hard. If you want to be apart of a team that works on cool jobs, laughs a lot and be around very experienced recruiters who will help you become the best recruiter possible, you want to be at Prodigy Bank.

Great culture! Balance of hard work, incredibly talented group of focused individuals with tons of experience in recruitment having fun and enjoying their craft. I feel like people genuinely enjoy the job here. Recruiting is a tough job and this is the first place where it feels like I remember why I fell in love with this business. The management here isn't droning on about numbers and quotas and calls...it's about great clients, great candidate, great colleagues, making great placements. Everyone here is driven and determined to be the best the industry has to offer. Such a change to work in a place where skill, passion, ethics and drive are more valued than numbers on a spreadsheet.

As a young company the brand equity or recognition isn't really there but thats increasing everyday with the efforts of the incredibly talented marketing and digital people working behind the scenes for us.
