Pros
An opportunity to get into B2B sales, and have meetings with high level exec's.
Cons
Management is horrible, they lack sales skills, teaching skills, self awareness, objectivity, humility. They have failed to make their quota in the existence of the company jumping from 15 to 50 back to 20 sales people. Their overall ignorance when it comes to leading a company, and a sales team is astounding. Moral was always low, and pretty much no room for upward mobility.
