Standardization makes it easy to learn the fundamentals of brand management solidly. It is definitely a great place for starting your career in marketing: clear guidelines and standard processes will make it easy for graduates to learn the key fundamentals of the business
Cons
Bureaucracy is so established and lack of agility so evident that lags innovation, even if it means losing in market momentum against competitors. Internal politics don't play in favor of brand performance either.
