Pros
The benefits package is excellent.
Cons
I was an overhead employee and cannot recommend this company. My advice to anyone considering employment here is to ask for the overhead turnover percentage over the last 6 years, it's the highest I've ever witnessed. It is a revolving door at the company, there is absolutely no job security. The environment is extremely stressful and unhealthy but not because of the workload, because of the tone set from the top. Every upper level employee eventually falls out of favor with the President and after that, they either leave of their own volition because of poor treatment by her, or they are terminated. The culture is very uncomfortable, it's an unhappy place to work. The manufacturing employees are removed from the drama of the office which is a positive, but the President does not operate in a professional manner and she doesn't realize the impact of her actions. She flippantly terminates people or treats them poorly until they leave. Job titles change every month, there is constant "reorganization" and this leaves employees with an overwhelming sense of uncertainty. It is an awful feeling to go to work every day worrying about your job or second guessing whether the President decided on a whim that your position is no longer needed. I hope the environment improves and the focus of the President changes to be about the people she employs rather than building new facilities, impressing customers or the bottom line.
