Pros
This company has a great commitment to it's employees and wants to do right by them in any way as long as they can honor their clients. They empower you to make your own schedule and are incredibly flexible with schedule as long as you can get work done as needed. Tons of opportunities given for team members to get hands on all kinds of projects and different kinds of work depending on what you are interested in. Review process feels like a partnership with your manager to find what you want to focus on and what needs to be worked on.
Cons
The billable hours model, having to meet a certain quota of hours billed directly to clients can be difficult to get the hang of. Especially if you are not used to it. There are some places where they still have a very small business mindset of having HR handle tons of different things and there are things where it is hard to get an answer without directly pinging HR. As opposed to big enterprise companies there is not a lot of hand holding and you are expected to hit the ground running pretty quick. Can be jarring if you're used to the 1-2 weeks of orientation/training some bigger places might have. Along with hand holding there are some benefits that did not feel like they were fully explained or mentioned when first starting.
