Proactive Talent is by far the best place I have ever worked! We have a tribe culture, flexibility/autonomy, work/life balance, growth opportunities and an amazing CEO/Leadership Team who care about you as a person.

There are none in my opinion!

I had a great manager The work was interesting Good work life balance Great coworkers

I dont think the company was as fiscally secure as it needed to be Getting laid off right before the holidays
