Significant improvements in management have occurred in more recent years. staff retention rates are much higher than they were years ago, which makes better teams. effective communication of policies and procedures. Good work-life balance. No micromanaging. Members are easy to work with. Senior staff are easy to communicate with/easy to reach.

(if feasible) more can potentially be done to ensure staff are supported as the company continues to grow/expand it's territory. Busier seasons can occasionally lead to staff feeling overwhelmed temporarily.

I have worked on Staff for 10+ years under the two Founders and now three since CEOs. My experiences have been incredibly positive across the board. Working for ProVisors and our members/leaders is incredibly rewarding. Once you learn the value and benefits of employment here, the company fosters a perfect environment of allowing independence, very little accountability if you excel and master the role responsibilities, and an environment of teamwork, care for colleagues, and continual reward in one's mindset! My contributions have always been recognized in acknowledgement and with regard to compensation. I have had long runs of employment my entire career. This has been the pinnacle. I would like to book end my time with ProVisors as "the very best years of my life!"

There are no cons with the exception of team interaction "in-person.: As we work remote, it would be cool if we were able to have a bit more time together per year but with national placing of the RDs, this is a challenge and expensive to do.
