Pros
ProSource360 is a friendly company. They have good PMs looking over their contracts who care about the employee beyond just being an employee. They check on how you're holding up mentally as well as professionally.
Cons
The only con that I have run across is the pay schedule. ProSource pays their employees on the 7th and 22nd of each month. I've become accustomed to the 1st and 15th through the years. This is something I am still not used to.
