Pros

They just offer higher salary and better benefits compared to other companies. I'm lucky to be working with a good client as well. That's all.

Cons

I was told that this company has been in the industry for 7 years already, but the HR management still acts like a start-up company. Employee engagement is extremely low. Recently they sent out an RSVP regarding a year-end party in Shangri-La but then after a week they changed it to an office party. Is that even normal for a corporate event? sending out details that are not yet even finalized? They also don't have any other team-building activities. or any other organized event that makes you feel like a corporate employee. The culture that they advertise is very different from the culture that they have. If you're looking for a company that gives importance to employee engagement, then this company is not for you.

Pros

Engineering roles feature high compensation and a remote, flexible culture that emphasizes autonomy. Candidates should note that specific remote and scheduling arrangements are subject to client requirements.

Cons

While the benefits are comprehensive, the company offers limited internal perks. For instance, employee-initiated training and certifications are not reimbursed unless directly sponsored by the client. Similarly, company events like end of year parties are only provided if funded by the client.
