Pros

-The people are amazing -Uncapped commission - the harder you work the more money you get -Your hard work is rewarded with promotions and incentives -They are great at developing you if you show that you are proactive in your own development -You get to learn about extremely interesting and niche industries (from space exploration to data & analytics software, all the way to blockchain and payments industries and many more) In all honesty, people love to vilify proSapient and are extremely negative about the culture and work-life balance. I couldn't disagree more. I worked hard to ensure I was promoted as early as possible and that is exactly what I was rewarded with. I was given responsibilities that allowed me to develop into a seasoned professional in the space of a year. I was curious and driven. That's all that's needed to succeed as an employee at a start up / scale up. A lot of people feel as though they've been hard done by, but there have been a number of success stories that have come out of proSapient and that's because those individuals are willing to put in the work to stand out and succeed. While I appreciate that there may be specific situations that could be seen as unavoidable or a mistake, overall, the majority of individuals that are complaining are simply just lazy.

Cons

-Due to the nature of your client's work hours (Management Consultancies and Investment funds), sometimes working hours extend further than 9am - 6pm (though not compulsory and you will most likely earn commission from doing so!)

Pros

My time at proSapient has been incredibly formative - both professionally and personally. I joined right out of college without much knowledge of expert networking, and over the years I’ve been given opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges across multiple roles. The company truly rewards curiosity and initiative; if you raise your hand for something new, you’ll have the chance to run with it. The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and filled with smart, motivated people who genuinely care about their work and each other. Leadership fosters an environment where feedback is heard and personal development is supported. I felt valued, trusted, and encouraged to bring my authentic self to work.

Cons

Like any growing company, there can be periods of fast change and evolving priorities, which can sometimes feel challenging to navigate. But in my experience, those moments also came with opportunities to step up and learn.
