Pros

Work is remote, but even from home the job has been brutally stressful and exhausting every single day.

Cons

- Pay is insultingly low for the extremely high expectations. - Management constantly interferes and micromanagement everything. - Benefits are poor. - Room for advancement is almost nonexistent. - Communication is weak and unreliable. - Support is practically nonexistent. - While it is not the absolute worst company, it is still a place I would never recommend to anyone.

Easy work. Well thought out system. Good communication with management. Remote work.

Cons

The better you do the more brands they pile on you. I got to 19 at one point.

Pros

After more than 30 years in the call center industry, I can honestly say you won’t find a better setup than ProNexis. The work here is honest work — good old-fashioned customer engagement, the kind of thing that makes you feel good about what you do. It’s never cold calling; it’s established business leads focused on appointment setting and building real relationships. There’s no sales pressure or heavy-handed management, just a supportive, professional team that values respect and results. We have over 150 agents across North America with exceptional tenure — a rare thing in this industry. If you enjoy working with household brand names that people instantly recognize, helping customers who come to us with questions, and keeping things fresh by working on multiple programs, you’ll never be bored here. ProNexis was ahead of the curve on remote work long before it became the norm and continues to lead with innovation, integrity, and genuine care for its people

Cons

As with any call center, steady call flow requires focus and consistent availability throughout your shift — though breaks and lunches are always respected. Occasionally, you’ll work across multiple CRM systems, which takes a little getting used to but keeps the job interesting and varied.
