Pros
Exciting start-up environment, with an excellent & talented group of individuals working for the company ( aside from leadership group). Good salary & benefits ( for a start -up). Remote work, with hybrid options/ in person events and virtual events.
Cons
Company does not live their OWN values, and makes questionable business decisions. Extreme turn over/ layoffs frequently ( as a means to obtain fresh talent). No Loyalty or appreciation. No paid overtime, recognition beyond your salary. Bonus package is unattainable.
