Decent pay. relatively easy CAD work Occasional food catered

Expectations and deadlines were never explained properly. Co-workers were liars and disrespectful. (Unnecessary Drama) Didn't respect employee's medical conditions. (Especially HR) Fired without any notice, boxed up desk belongings without my consent, and wouldn't explain why they fired me. other than (I didn't fit in). Never was given an opportunity to improve and settle into the job. Management was selfish and impatient and didn't care about their employees (physical/ mental/ and emotional health). Even when it was detrimental to their work/ proficiency.

The hours are great to work
