Working at Procogia has truly been a fantastic experience! Right from the start, the process was smooth and welcoming—Swati from recruiting was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions, and made the entire onboarding process feel effortless. The Sales team is an absolute blast to work with—every day brings great energy, teamwork, and laughs. Bill is always a joy to collaborate with, and Mehar, our co-founder, brings vision and passion that keeps us all motivated and moving forward. A special mention to Jass, our incredible IT Director. His support, insight, and dedication have made a huge impact across the organization. He’s the go-to person for solving tough problems and is always ready to help. There are No "CONS" when you work with BEST company like Procogia

The company does a good job of retaining the startup culture while it goes through its growth phase which can be challenging for someone who is below average and company’s tough yet rewarding culture can be problematic for someone who is not used to the hard work. So some of those people have been let go lacked the ability to work here and shouldn’t have been hired in the first place that’s why you see some of them venting out here. I love my time here and will be building it to the next great stage with some really cool and exciting projects coming up.

Change is hard and the company is going through its growth phase. So if you don’t have a growth mindset you will find it tough but it can be a great fit for people who like to challenge themselves. It is not for the weak minded and faint-hearted people. You will not survive the direct culture.
