If working in billing dept the mgr is an passive aggressive person and will LIE to your face and GO BACK ON HER WORD. Billing dept has HIGH turnover Rate. Billing mgr HIRE ALL HER FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. So be ware. No growth (unless friends with billing mgr) . If billing mgr dont like you, SHE WILL FIND A REASON TO LET YOU GO. SEEN IT HAPPEN TOO MANY TIMES. IF friends with the Doctors your job is secure. HR and management stick together even if management WRONG!... NO 401K, no sick time.
