They have some great staff members that support the company, they know NGA well, and they don't take a lot risk.
Cons
They have some great staff members that support the company but due to the micromanagement and lack of resources, there is high turn-over. With the high turn-over a lot gets missed. The three owners aren't always on the same page and have completely different management styles which, can make it tough for employees trying to get their job done. As a company that has been in business this long, it was surprising to see a lack of process and procedure within operations.
