Income earning potential is definitely the best about Procell. I enjoy having liberty and freedom with my schedule but I'm willing to put in the hard work to find and serve my customer. Procell is the very best in the industry for pay and consistency. Commissions are never cut or shorted, pay is on time and it's very easy to see what sales have been closed in order to set goals.
Cons
There are some cultural challenges as some other sale reps can be difficult to work with but the support from leadership has improved this over the years.
