Great small company - Anonymous employee ProAptiv Employee Review

Proaptiv has been a great company to work for. Having started out at a larger company I've really enjoyed the small company atmosphere. Less overhead and a more personable/family feel. With multiple contracts available there are opportunities to move around if something isn't quite working as expected. The Owners/Management team mostly work on contracts as well, this makes them pretty easy to get in touch with online when needed. Small management team you can get to know personally. Proaptiv likes to give back to it's employees with multiple great benefits including many corporate outings. Great employees of all experience levels. I've also found management to be receptive to input when it comes to benefit changes and other corporate suggestions.

With most owners/managers working on contract, corporate communications can lack a bit sometimes. This has been getting better, it seems they are working on this and have added some middle managers to help reach employees better. Some employees work on a contract without other Proaptive employees. This can make it difficult to meet other employees but the corporate events can help.

The best part of this know is knowing what was exactly said and promised in the interview process was exactly what I encountered in the work environment. So many managers would hire a person upfront from one job but once they actually get into the job field the requirements are different. This company stayed true to what was being expected of me and I appreciate that. That upfront comfort allowed me to adapt to my new environment more efficiently. I would recommend this Company to anyone. I never heard of this Company before but now I'm glad I've moved as I've already gained so much knowledge. The Management Staff is always available for assistance, HR is up on all of the on-boarding requirements and before coming on-board the recruiter expressed how the location would fit within my living zone. Everything has been a win-win situation. As a side note, once you come on-board you will see all the wonderful benefits they have to offer!!!

I have been working with Proaptiv for under 6 months therefore I have yet to experience any Cons ! I do not feel they have any to be honest. Everyone is so nice and helpful for you to get underway to your journey.
