      hours sometime but constantly change without any consideration to peoples lives

      Cons

      The management is a disaster ... the bounce from one hourly problem to another , There is zero organization and everyone in management is there not because of skill sets but favoritism

      Good support systems from HQ, great global product.

      Cons

      expensive benefits, no real opportunites for advancement as the location in Texas is just a satellite branch from HQ in Canada.
