      Pros

      Flexible work environment, performance based freedom, supportive team and Ops leader and great bonus opportunities.

      Cons

      Nothing with the company. Recruiting in general is not easy so you have to put the work in to see the results. Hard work = pay off.

      Pros

      Remote job, but not flexible. I worked full time and most weeks over 60 is hours.

      Cons

      Low salary, too much work. Not good for a career professional. No growth. Dysfunctional management, lack of experience. Very rude and unprofessional. Owner hires her friends from church. Was harassed by the assistant after leaving for no reason. Obvious favoritism. Employee is not allowed to express their concerns.
